For many years myself and a friend have done pet minding during holidays for local residents who can't or don't want to get their pet into a cattery or kennel when they go on holiday. We have years of experience with cats, dogs, birds and farm animals such as chickens, goats and horses.

Your animal/s can be cared for daily or even twice daily in the familiar, stress-free surroundings of your home while you're away and we can also turn lights on and off, water plants, open and close blinds, collect mail and even put the rubbish out!

Our fee of $20 per visit (average time 30-60 mins depending on number of pets) includes feeding, fresh water, cleaning kitty litters, patting and playing with your pet and we do offer discounts for multiple pets and visits. They will, of course, miss you but being cared for at home is far less stressful than being kept in a large cage in a strange environment. We can also address any behavioural upsets instantly!

Also, if your animal/s becomes ill or is injured we can arrange to have it seen by either your vet or ours and we have vet nurse skills so you can be sure they're in good hands.
